Formulation – Training and Skills Development

Thanks to Yorkshire Chemical Focus for an excellent “Skills Demystified” day on 9th February. At the time of writing the programme is still visible on www.ycf.org.uk. There were some great examples of the efforts companies are making to improve the skills of their workforce in our industry at all levels. There is plenty of help available to companies in the area of skills from a number of quarters, from apprenticeships through to advanced level scientific support from universities. We were please to be able to give a short presentation on our activities to help companies improve the level of scientific and technological skills and training in the area of formulation science and technology.
